Among several skin problems, blackhead is one that every girl has to face. Blackheads are tiny but they often concentrate in a part of your face, especially the nose so they really make the sufferers less confident.
First, you have to understand what blackhead means to deal with it. A blackhead is an oxidized mix of oil, very small hairs, dead skin cells and bacteria that are in pores. Because of exposing to air, it is oxidized and becomes black. They are difficult to be got rid of because after treating, your pores will be looser and it is a good condition for blackheads to come back.
So, what can help you clear these hateful blackheads out?
1. Salicylic acid goods
Salicylic acid is a lipophilic monohydroxybenzoic acid. It is a good friend for those who want to say goodbye with blackheads. It breaks up dead skin cells effectively and is better than a cleanser or soap.
2. Retinoid products
The retinoids are a class of chemical compounds that are vitamers of vitamin A or are chemically related to it. Retinoids are an ideal anti-inflammatory, plus, they enhance skin cell turnover to prevent dead skin cells from clogging pores. More greatly, retinoid products help pores smaller so they are a good choice to leaving on blackheads. They can also be used to coped with different skin problems such as skin cancer, photoaging and skin wrinkles.
3. Lemon + honey + sugar
If you prefer natural ingredients, this mix is not only effective but also easy to prepare. Mix a tablespoon of sugar with a 1/2 tablespoon of honey and a 1/2 lemon, then coat your face and slightly massage. Wait for 15-20 minutes and rinse it out. You should do it once a week and remember to protect your skin from UV rays.
4. Face washing machine
Sometimes, you need to wash your face deeply by a face washing machine. if your skin is oily, you can use this machine everyday but if it is sensitive or dry, only once a week is enough. However, this is only a fine recommendation while it can loosen your pores.
5. Moisturizing
Moisturizing helps you to maintain the right balance in the skin and lets you continuously use exfoliating products without any issues so it is an important step. To moisturize your skin, there are some ways. First, you can buy good qualified moisturizers in the stores. Or do natural moisturizing masks by yourself at home with useful ingredients such as avocado, aloe vera, milk, honey, etc.
